Grilled Pork Chops with Honey Garlic Glaze


1 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 6 14-ounce pork chops Kosher salt

1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried red-pepper flakes 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper 4 bone-in chicken breasts

This bold, flavourful marinade of red-pepper flakes, garlic, thyme, lemon juice, and olive oil is a fiery preparation that will elevate your chicken breasts. To prepare, combine the lemon juice with the thyme, red-pepper flakes, garlic, oil, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish and coat the chicken with the mixture. Grill the chicken breasts over moderately high heat or broil them for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn and cook until the chicken is just done, about 10 minutes longer. To add a little bit of a personal touch, replace the thyme with any dried herb of your choosing.

Spiced BBQ Pork Chops


4 (1/2" thick) pork chops 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. ground coriander 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
